Regina Sanders has over 21+ years experience in organizational behavior, project management, technical writing, training and staff development. She is an expert in administering and developing strategic plans for business proposals, technical workflow designs, management of training delivery for technical and soft skills training, and curricula designs, in various industries and government municipalities.
Prior to launching A to Z Proposals Plus, Inc., Ms. Sanders was the Executive Director for the Office of Technology Based Training with the City of New York Human Resources Administration (NYC HRA). She managed all technical training delivery initiatives, policies/procedures, standards, curricula designs, technical training staff, consultants, and LAN/WAN administrators for Family Independence Administration, while managing the HRA Central Training Facility. Ms. Sanders wrote business proposals to integrate technology in all Food Stamp sites throughout New York City. She also played an active role in the design and staff development process for welfare reform, and the implementation of system application development for Citywide HRA Job Centers.
Ms. Sanders has a Master of Science in Administration and a Bachelor of Arts in Social Science. She has been consistently recognized for her contributions and achievements by NYC Human Resources Administration throughout her career, and diverse inner city community leadership projects. Most recently, Ms. Sanders was awarded the Entrepreneur of the Year Award by NYS Empire State Development Corporation (2007) and appointed VP of Public Relations and Media for the National Association of Women Business Owners – Local NYC Chapter (2008). |
